Refund and Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is unopened, unused, and blemish-free.
Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
For shipped merchandise, the return package must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the item.
All returned products must include the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

All watches come with a 2-year warranty covering the movement only.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs.
Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.
