Terms and conditions:

     Every watch sold by BWM undergoes accuracy tests for 72 hours. Additionally, every sports watch is tested for water resistance. Each watch passes meticulous inspection before it leaves our hands. The specific watch sold to a customer will be video recorded from all angles, packed, and the box signed. This video will be sent to the customer, and the package will be shipped via courier service. Once the item is handed over to the courier, BWM is relieved of all liabilities regarding damage or loss of the item. 
 Any opened box will be deemed non-returnable.  
     When a bank card is used for payment, BWM will prepare shipping only after the payment has been cleared by the purchaser’s bank. Under no circumstances should the purchaser cancel their payment and keep the purchased goods. In such event, the company will pursue legal action for fraud. The seller will not be liable for defects arising from normal wear of the goods, the buyer’s failure to follow any provided instructions, misuse or alteration of the goods, negligence, willful damage, or any other acts by the buyer, their agents, or any third party. The buyer must provide a working phone number as well as either WhatsApp, Messenger, or Viber, along with a valid email address. These contact methods will be used to share the video of the packaging and shipping of the watch, as well as the receipt for the purchase. Once payment is received from the buyer’s bank, BWM will ship the item within 5 business days.
    If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods for any reason, the risk of all loss will transfer to the Buyer.

শর্তাবলী:
BWM  বিক্রির পূর্বে প্রতিটি ঘড়ি 72 ঘন্টার জন্য নির্ভুলতা পরীক্ষা করে। উপরন্তু, প্রতিটি স্পোর্টস ঘড়ি water pressure প্রতিরোধের জন্য পরীক্ষা করা হয়।  প্রতিটি ঘড়ি আমাদের হাত ছাড়ার আগে অত্যন্ত সাবধানতার সাথে পরীক্ষা করা হয়। একটি ক্রেতার কাছে বিক্রিত নির্দিষ্ট ঘড়িটি সমস্ত কোণ থেকে ভিডিও রেকর্ড করা হবে, প্যাক করা হবে এবং বাক্সটি কুরিয়ারের  মাদ্ধমে পাঠানো হবে। এই ভিডিওটি গ্রাহকের কাছে পাঠানো হবে।  একবার আইটেমটি কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করা হলে, BWM আইটেমটির ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতি সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত দায় থেকে মুক্ত। 
 যে কোনো খোলা বাক্স ফেরতযোগ্য নয় বলে গণ্য হবে।  
     যখন একটি ব্যাঙ্ক কার্ড অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়, তখন BWM শুধুমাত্র ক্রেতার ব্যাঙ্কের দ্বারা অর্থ ট্রান্সফার সম্পন্ন হবার পরেই শিপিং এর জন্য  প্রস্তুত হবে৷ কোন অবস্থাতেই ক্রেতা তাদের পেমেন্ট বাতিল করে ক্রয়কৃত মালামাল রাখতে পারবে না। এই ধরনের ঘটনায়, কোম্পানি প্রতারণার জন্য আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেবে। ক্রেতার  স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারের দ্বারা ক্ষয় এর  জন্য BWM দায়ী থাকবে না।  ক্রেতার প্রদত্ত নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করতে ব্যর্থতা, পণ্যের অপব্যবহার বা পরিবর্তন, অবহেলা, ইচ্ছাকৃত ক্ষতি, বা ক্রেতা, তাদের এজেন্ট বা তৃতীয় কোন পার্টির কোনো দায়িত্বহীনতার কারণে বিক্রেতা কোনো ভাবেই দায়বদ্ধ নয়।   ক্রেতাকে একটি বৈধ ইমেল সহ একটি কার্যকরী ফোন নম্বরের পাশাপাশি WhatsApp, Messenger  বা Viber নম্বর  প্রদান করতে হবে৷ এই যোগাযোগের পদ্ধতিগুলি ঘড়িটির প্যাকেজিং এবং শিপিংয়ের ভিডিও শেয়ার করার পাশাপাশি ক্রয়ের রসিদও পাঠাতে সাহায্য করবে।  একবার ক্রেতার ব্যাঙ্ক থেকে পেমেন্ট পাওয়া গেলে, BWM 5 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আইটেমটি  কুরিয়ার যোগে পাঠাবে।
    ক্রেতা কোনো কারণে পণ্যের ডেলিভারি নিতে ব্যর্থ হলে তার সমস্ত ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি ক্রেতার নিজের।


Return Policy: 
    Upon purchase, a customer may cancel the order within 24 hours.  Any opened box shall be considered non-returnable.  All returns must be mailed with a tracking number within three days of receiving the goods.  The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returns.  For a successful return of an unopened item, the customer will receive a refund equal to the price of the watch. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.  BWM will process the refund within 7 business days upon receipt of the item.  Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

একজন ক্রেতা অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার  24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।  যে কোনো খোলা বাক্স অ-ফেরতযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।  সমস্ত রিটার্ন পণ্য প্রাপ্তির তিন দিনের মধ্যে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর সহ মেইল করতে হবে।  ক্রেতা রিটার্নের সমস্ত খরচের বহন করবেন।  একটি না খোলা আইটেম সফলভাবে ফেরত পাবার পর BWM ঘড়ির দামের সমান অর্থ ফেরত দিবে। BWM থেকে প্রথমবারের শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।  BWM আইটেম প্রাপ্তির পরে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল্য ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করবে।  ক্রেতার ব্যাংকের রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়ার সময়ের বিলম্বের জন্য BWM দায়ী নয়।  ক্রেতার অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করেই  রিফান্ড করা হবে।
